Job Description

Join Our Team as a Production Worker! Are you someone who takes pride in building high-quality products and enjoys working as part of a team? We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to make an impact every day. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something great, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in bringing our top-tier products to life. Your work directly contributes to the quality and success we're known for. Assemble products following daily schedules and standard work instructions Ensure every product meets our high-quality standards Keep an eye on inventory to make sure parts are always available Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Jump in and support the team with additional tasks as needed
Classification & Compensation Classification:
Non-Exempt | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Pay:
$19.00 - $21/hour
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $26.50/hour
Benefits Include:
Medical, vision, and dental coverage (eligible after 30 days) WA State Sick Leave 401(k) Plan with company match up to 3% (eligibility after 12 months and age 21)
Paid Holidays:
9 standard + 1 floating holiday
Vacation:

Required:
