Job Description

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Job Overview:
We're seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.
Responsibilities:
Grade, sort, and pull wood veneer from a moving conveyor belt. Palletize and stack veneer sheets according to specifications. Perform cleanup duties. Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times. Support team efforts to maintain equipment efficiency and productivity. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Able to work 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week (overtime required). Excellent attendance and punctuality is required. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Prior production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

The environment can be loud, dusty, hot, or cold depending on seasonal conditions. We are fast-paced and team-driven, where dedication, reliability, and strong collaboration are essential to success.

Rainier Veneer is a softwood veneer plant, founded in 1992. We are one of the largest softwood veneer manufacturing companies on the west coast. In 2008, we expanded our operations by creating Rainier Fiber to produce premium wood fiber mulch from veneer byproducts for hydro-seeding and erosion control.
