• General Production Worker
• About the Role
• We're looking for dependable team members to support the production of ceramic and glass tile.

In this hands-on role, you'll sort, inspect, package, and move tile, help prepare raw materials, operate production equipment, and keep work areas clean and safe. This is a physically active job in a manufacturing environment that can be dusty, wet, dirty, and hot at times. If you enjoy staying busy and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

• What You'll Do
• + Sort, inspect, count, and package ceramic and glass tile + Stack tile onto conveyors and maintain accurate production counts + Mix and prepare materials used in tile and glaze production + Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently + Perform basic production and assembly tasks + Clean production lines and work areas during downtime + Monitor product quality and identify defects + Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment + Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds + Support a safe, productive, and reliable work environment •What We're Looking For•+ Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions + Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic + Comfortable working around industrial equipment + Able to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and twisting + Comfortable working in dusty, wet, and physically demanding conditions + Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Growth Opportunities•This role offers opportunities to learn new skills and advance into machine operator, team lead, and other leadership positions.

The work can be dusty, wet, dirty, and hot, and safety equipment including face masks or respirators may be required in certain areas. The role involves frequent lifting, standing, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
