Job Title:

Senior Program Manager - Contract Manufacturing Job Description As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage the New Product Introduction Process (NPI) and Customer Produced Product Transfer (CPPT) for strategic programs critical to our company's revenue, profitability, and future business opportunities. You will frequently report to Director and Officer levels to review NPI progress, evaluate the NPI process and procedures, and recommend improvements. Responsibilities

+ Manage assigned market segment by mentoring lower-level Program Managers and keeping apprised of program status within the segment.

+ Form and manage cross-functional launch teams, driving regular team meetings to review progress, and generate and track cross-functional action item lists and NPI checklist item archives.

+ Assess risks, develop solutions, implement change, and communicate responsibilities across the organization.

+ Manage and mentor strategic quotes and the Request for Quote (RFQ) process, elevating critical issues to upper management.

+ Negotiate and administer contracts utilizing strategic knowledge of customer business scope and sales strategy.

+ Assess customer needs and adapt the business model to ensure program success and communication across functional groups.

+ Understand roles of functional departments, target potential areas of concern, and assist in resolving problems.

+ Generate, maintain, and publish periodic reports on cost, quality, and delivery, including revenue plans and product roadmaps.

+ Interact and communicate professionally and technically with all levels of management in both written and oral forms. Essential Skills + 2+ years of contract manufacturing experience + 5+ years of program/project management experience

+ Understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction Process) and CPPT (Customer Produced Product Transfer)

+ Experience in contract manufacturing and electronic manufacturing

+ Proficiency in program management, project management, engineering, accounting, NPI, CPPT, RFQ, contract negotiation, and cost reporting Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or business

+ Knowledge of cost accounting and proficiency in managing timelines + 7 years experience in cross-functional project management (in two or more organizations) including 2 years in program management

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical publications and reports

+ Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms

+ Ability to present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, engineers, clients, and customers

+ Applied engineering mathematics, statistics, and business and economic analysis

+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

+ Intermediate to advanced ability to operate a computer and utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Work Environment This role is based onsite from Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start times due to potential international client interactions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
