- 5:15 PM (Day Shift)
- Rotating Schedule Every 2

Wednesday Thursday Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Learn to safely run and watch over high-speed production machines to keep things moving smoothly.Quality Control:
Perform regular checks on products and packaging to ensure every item meets our quality and brand standards.Safety First:
Maintain a clean, healthy workspace and follow safety rules (like Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times.Team Problem Solving:
Work with your teammates to spot line issues, brainstorm ways to fix them, and share your ideas for making the process better.Tracking Progress:
Follow simple work instructions and keep track of production data to help the team hit daily goals.
Continuous Learning:
When maintenance is needed, stay by your line to help out and learn how the equipment works so you can better troubleshoot in the future.Working hours:
5:00 AM- 5:15
PM Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works
- Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
- Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
- Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 yearsQualifications:
- Comfortably lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet (standing, bending, and stretching) for your full shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements, including kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
