Position Overview Help make the Welch's products people know and love. At our Grandview facility, you'll operate production equipment, keep materials moving, and help the team meet its safety, quality, and production goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and taking pride in what comes off the line. Where You'll Work Our Grandview, Washington manufacturing facility operates 24/7. This is a union position with a beginning hourly pay rate of $24.09 per hour. What You'll Do Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. Check line setups and product quality, and flag equipment issues when maintenance is needed. Move, organize, and stage ingredients, supplies, work in process, and finished goods. Complete production records that document safety, quality, and output. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to meet food safety standards. Work with your team to meet production schedules and identify opportunities to improve how the work gets done. Who You Are You're willing and able to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation. You take safety seriously, pay attention to detail, and are comfortable working around manufacturing equipment. You can lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, work at elevated levels, and wear required protective equipment. You're comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in hot and cold conditions, and around cleaning solutions. What You'll Need A high school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how production equipment works. A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. A two-year degree or technical training certificate, along with at least one year of food or beverage manufacturing experience, is strongly preferred.
