This role involves working with large materials and using heat-welding equipment to build tent tops and sidewalls. No experience required—we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Operate heat-welding equipment to bond fabric (we train you) Help lay out and align large fabric panels Handle and move heavy materials Check seams and finished products for quality Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Reliable and on time—this matters Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks Willing to learn and take direction Attention to detail Pay & Schedule $18/hr (entry-level) Full-time, Monday-Friday Overtime available during busy season
