- We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing general labor duties, setting up and operating machinery, and testing raw materials. This is a physically demanding position that requires lifting upwards of 35 lbs regularly, as well as crawling under and around machinery. Candidates should be comfortable working in a messy, wet, and very humid environment.
- Responsibilities
- + Perform general labor duties in a production setting. + Set up and operate machinery efficiently. + Test raw materials to ensure quality standards. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Adhere to safety policies to maintain a Zero Harm Culture.
- Essential Skills
- + Minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing or working with large machinery and equipment. + Ability to demonstrate past success in manufacturing or a business support crew environment. + Solid work history showing learning, job growth, and achievements. + Comfortable working around bulk raw materials and moving equipment.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience working in a paper mill (e.g., International Paper, Westrock, Georgia Pacific) is a plus. + Ability to continuously stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

- The work environment involves the creation of concrete products and house siding related to the construction sector.
The role includes working in three different departments: Machine Operation, Finishing, and Shipping/Receiving. Day and night shifts are available on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and all employees must complete a one-week safety training. - Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $26.
40 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
