JOB DETAILS
Base pay rate starts at $18.00 per hour Shift - 1st shift: Five-Day work week, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, or tend running machines
Operate saws, punches, drills, or drill press machines
Set & glaze glass units in frames/sashes
Assemble various parts and pieces to complete quality finished windows & or patio doors
Applying labels, cleaning finished product & checking for proper operation Qualifications You may be required to operate various hand tools such as chisel, snips, drill, mallet, or tape measure
Read work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications
Transfer components, plastic products, and assemblies, using moving equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Must be Adaptable, Reliable, Detail oriented, Energetic & Safety minded
Must be able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced production environment
Must be able to speak and read English for safety and training purposes
Must be at least 18 years old

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
