Job Summary
MUST BE 18
(WA state law) We are on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Popcorn Maker/Production Team Member to join our vibrant food production team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating delicious, high-quality popcorn in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your hands-on skills and dedication will help ensure our products meet safety standards and delight our customers. We have 2 locations and we prefer to hire people who can work at both stores. Working Friday's/ Saturday's are required. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 9:50am-7pm Responsibilities Operate popcorn machines and other food production equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent, quality popcorn. Assist in the preparation of popcorn and related products, following established recipes and food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas. Support food handling and processing activities while ensuring proper storage, rotation, and disposal of ingredients and finished products. Greet/help customers when they enter the store and do your best to up sell products. Requirements Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of cooking techniques, baking, food handling, and food safety standards. Mechanical knowledge or experience with food processing equipment is a plus. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory accurately. Strong attention to sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
