August 10, 2026 Turn School Picture Day into Smiles for Thousands of Families. Behind every school picture day is a team working hard to make sure every student ends up in the right gallery, every image is accurate, and every family has a smooth ordering experience. That's where you come in. As a Production Associate at Cahill Studios, you'll be part of the team that transforms thousands of school portraits into organized, ready-to-order online galleries. This isn't a photography or creative editing position—it's a production role where attention to detail, organization, and accuracy make all the difference. Why You'll Love Working at Cahill Studios $16-$18 per hour Full-time seasonal position (August-November) Monday-Friday daytime schedule Paid training—we'll teach you everything you need to know Work indoors in our Amery office Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunity for end-of-season performance bonuses Be part of a local, family-owned company that's been serving schools for over 45 years What You'll Do As part of our production team, you'll help prepare student images for delivery to families by: Processing school portraits into secure online galleries Matching students with the correct information Following established production workflows and quality standards Reviewing galleries to ensure accuracy before they're released Meeting daily production goals while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Working alongside your teammates to keep projects moving efficiently throughout our busy season What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable team members who enjoy detail-oriented work and take pride in doing things right.
You should have:
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent attention to detail The ability to stay focused while completing repetitive tasks Strong organizational and time management skills The ability to follow written procedures and established workflows A dependable work ethic and reliable attendance The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team No photography or photo editing experience is required. We'll provide all the training you need. Work Environment This position is based in our Amery office, where you'll work on company computers alongside our production team in a fast-paced but supportive environment during our busiest season.
