Weekend Shift Schedules Day Shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours Night Shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours Additional Benefits Paid breaks Overtime opportunities available Stable, year-round employment Position Summary The General Production Helper supports manufacturing operations by moving materials, assisting production personnel, operating material handling equipment and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and being part of a team that produces high-quality products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials and finished products Load, unload, move, and stage materials Perform basic quality inspections and follow work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience required Overhead crane experience strongly preferred Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and work in a physically active environment for extended periods Strong attendance and reliability Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Why Join Us?
