Job Description

The Spraying Associate is responsible for mixing paints, applying primers and finish coatings, and monitoring painted surfaces to ensure consistent quality standards throughout the finishing process. This role supports production operations by delivering accurate color matching, high-quality finishes, and timely completion of assigned work. Success in this role requires attention to detail, consistency, safe handling of materials and equipment, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as business requires).
Pay:
$23.50/hr+
Key Responsibilities:
Mix paints to achieve precise color specifications according to project and production requirements. Apply primers and finish coatings evenly to prepared surfaces using proper spraying techniques and equipment. Monitor painted surfaces for flaws, inconsistencies, or defects and perform corrective actions as needed. Perform hand-painting and touch-up work to ensure a consistent, high-quality finished appearance. Follow established safety procedures and quality standards throughout the finishing process. Support daily painting and production operations by completing additional duties as assigned.
