Essential Functions:
Responsibilities may include: Turning gloves using a power turner (light upper body strength required) Assisting with glove assembly and liner installation Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards Operating industrial sewing machines to produce first responder gloves Moving materials and work throughout the production process Supporting production activities wherever needed to meet customer demand Working as part of a team to meet quality, productivity, and delivery goals Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Learning and performing multiple operations as business needs require
Education & Experience Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions. Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed. Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction. Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs. May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones if needed. Join our team today!
