Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a graphic design background to gain hands-on experience in both design and print production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a basic understanding of graphic design principles, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. We provide on-the-job training for operating printing equipment and managing print production processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing creative and innovative design concepts for signage projects, marketing materials, and branding initiatives. Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and project objectives. Create visual elements such as logos, icons, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines. Operate printing equipment, including large format printers, and oversee the print production process. Assist in making canvas prints and other printed materials according to client specifications. Ensure all designs are high-quality, visually appealing, and meet client expectations. Prepare and present design concepts to clients for approval. Work closely with the team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements:

Completion of a graphic design training program (preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
