Digital Production Specialist Join Our Team at Minuteman Press of Burlington! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Production Specialist to join our growing print and marketing team. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and producing high-quality printed products, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate digital production presses and large format printers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other large format graphics Experience measuring, laying out, aligning, and applying vinyl graphics to vehicles, trailers, windows, and signage. Must be able to work independently with large graphics and produce clean, professional installations. Assist with direct mail production and processing Troubleshoot equipment, print files, and software issues Perform quality control throughout the production process Help maintain equipment and learn new troubleshooting techniques Work with a variety of paper stocks, vinyls, sign materials, and specialty substrates Customer service skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital print production Graphic design experience Large format printing experience Vinyl installation/application experience Direct mail experience Knowledge of print production workflows and materials Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel We're Looking for
