•Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Mandatory overtime is currently required in most departments. Employees may work up to 10-hour shifts and Saturdays as needed.

STARTING PAY

•$17

•20/HR (pay is based on the position) Starting at $17.00/

Laminator, Gel Coater, RTM, P&P, Hand Trimmer, Assembler Starting at $20.00/

HR:

CNC Operator, Mold Maintenance, Buff & Body Work, Buffer

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on manufacturing and production duties involving fiberglass and composite materials . Operate machinery, hand tools, power tools, or production equipment depending on department. Assist with cutting, trimming, sanding, grinding, buffing, assembly, molding, coating, or finishing of fiberglass components. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow production instructions and established safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred for some positions. Experience with fiberglass, CNC operation, auto body work, buffing, sanding, painting, trimming, assembly, or hand/power tools is a plus. Entry-level candidates may be considered for select positions. Must be comfortable working with fiberglass/composite materials in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to perform physical and repetitive work. Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to quality. Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team. Must be available for mandatory overtime, including extended shifts and Saturdays as needed .
