Location:

Clintonville, WI Pay:

$21.05/hour and up (based on experience)

Night Shift Premium:

+$2.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00

PM Schedule:

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate flexo printing presses Load printing sleeves, cylinders, and roll stock Mix and adjust inks using the NovaFlow system Monitor color using spectro densitometers Adjust tension, color stations, and dryers as needed Safely clear jams and maintain equipment Track materials, waste, and production data Follow GMP/SQF guidelines and safety protocols Participate in equipment care and reliability programs Train and support new team members What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Basic math, reading, and communication skills Good color matching and attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented and safety-focused What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?
