JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Lead, individual will receive on the job training. Individual is responsible for following direction and adhering to current process/procedures and standards within their department.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Able to follow direction.
• Inspecting own work and others to meet quality expectations.
• Daily routine maintenance of job required equipment.
• General housekeeping of work area.
• Reading and following prints, BOM's, lead lists, shop travelers and other necessary paperwork.
• Complete accurately the necessary paperwork associated with jobs.
• Other job duties as assigned by Management within or outside of own department as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be well organized and have basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to set up and operate necessary or appropriate equipment used within given department.
• Must be willing to work with others, as well as being self-motivated.
• Adhere to all Safety and Quality regulations and procedures.
• Team player.
• Able to adapt to change.
• Strong attendance.
• Comfortable working both an independent and team environment.
• Follow process standards and procedures.
