Bilingual Production Trainer (English/Spanish) $25.00 per hour

Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 2-2-3 Schedule Full-Time | Eau Claire Area, WI Position Overview We're seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer to support employee training and development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has previous production or manufacturing experience. In this role, you will help communicate production processes, assist with employee training, and serve as a resource on the manufacturing floor. The ability to effectively communicate with employees, reinforce processes, and support a productive work environment is essential. Responsibilities Support training efforts for production employees; communicate effectively in both English and Spanish; assist employees in understanding production processes and procedures; serve as a resource for team members during training and onboarding activities; promote clear communication and consistency throughout the production environment; support a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. Qualifications Fluent in English & Spanish Previous production or manufacturing experience required Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to train, coach & support employees in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting Reliable & able to maintain a consistent night-shift schedule Schedule This position follows a 2-2-3 schedule on a straight night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM . This position does not rotate to days.
