Location:

Eau Claire, WI What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment and processes. Monitor production lines to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow all plant safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements. Identify and report safety, food safety, quality, or environmental concerns. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all applicable food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain compliance with the company's Quality Management System. Support continuous improvement efforts and help identify opportunities to improve production processes. What You'll Need 1+ year of manufacturing experience strongly preferred or equivalent training/education. High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and strong communication skills. Willingness to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed. Previous forklift experience is a plus.
