- Light Assembly Worker?
You'll be: Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment, including dryers, evaporators, liquid process systems, and packaging lines Rotating through various assignments in production, drying, hydrolysis, IDS, and packaging areas to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output Receiving and processing bulk ingredients, performing batch and sample preparation, and accurately following batch records Conducting Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Using control systems (MES, SAP, iFix, PLCs) to monitor, troubleshoot, and document production activities Participating in preventative maintenance, changeovers, operational reviews, and supporting mechanical needs as assigned Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed (certification may be required) Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards Supporting site safety, food safety, quality, and environmental initiatives and reporting any concerns immediately Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments (preferred, not required) Can obtain internal certifications relevant to the position, such as forklift operation Possess basic computer skills and are willing to learn enterprise control systems (such as SAP, MES, iFix, PLCs) Demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices, high attention to quality, and ability to follow procedures Exhibit strong communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude Are flexible and able to work overtime when required or assigned What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
