4:00am-12:30pm; 6:00am-2:30pm; 12:00pm-8:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm; 8:00pm-4:30am; 10:00pm-6:30am (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with food production and packaging operations on the production line. Load and unload products onto conveyors, trays, or pallets. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package finished goods according to company specifications. Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and sanitation standards. Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations. Communicate production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors. Support additional departments or production areas as needed.

Production Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive movements. Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. occasionally. Comfortable working in warm or refrigerated production environments depending on department.

Mandatory Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the Unites States. Must be able to speak and read Spanish. Must have reliable transportation, public transportation will not work for this role.
