Job Description
Now Hiring Production Associates in Mt Pleasant, Wisconsin Job Description Production Associates will work on the manufacturing floor assembling and processing various electronic componenets. You will load and monitor automated equipment, feed and change component reels, perform assemblies, and run basic pass/fail tests following on-screen build instructions. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on quality and accuracy in a modern electronics manufacturing environment. Essential Skills At least 6 months of work history in any environment, demonstrating reliability and consistency. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis as part of normal production duties. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to follow build sheets, safety instructions, and production procedures. Comfort working with production, assembly, and machine operation tasks in a manufacturing setting. Basic ability to follow on-screen instructions and use computer interfaces related to build sheets and testing. Why Work Here? Multiple shifts are available:
1st shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; 2nd shift runs from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday; and 3rd shift runs from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with optional overtime opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
