Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is essential in supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience working with assembly lines, hand and power tools, and possess mechanical knowledge to contribute effectively to our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs Assist with the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment Conduct quality checks on products to meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety guidelines Support the setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Hands-on experience with assembly line operations is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or background in using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety protocols is advantageous Experience working with manufacturing or assembly processes in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial This position requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
