Qualifications of Manufacturing Production Lead:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing in a quality or leadership role required High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient computer skills, basic math, and reading skills required Ability to communicate with others required Machine maintenance experience is a plus

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Production Lead:

Operate machines, perform in process quality checks and place components in packaging according to customer requirements Set up and tear down machines in the work area Stage upcoming department jobs with materials, packaging, proper paperwork and inspection equipment to maintain workflow Use forklifts as needed Train operators in process, safety, and quality Daily inspect equipment, identify problems in the work area and engage appropriate personel to resolve Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
