•No specific education required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•No previous manufacturing experience required! This position is easy to train.

Job Duties:

Add plastic materials to molds as part of the production process. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. Work at a station where non-toxic foam is sprayed into molds and allowed to set. Remove molded products and trim away excess plastic . Assemble cardboard boxes and prepare them for production. Place finished products into boxes and securely tape boxes for shipment. Rotate between different production workstations as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For:

No previous manufacturing experience required

•easy to train! Dependable and reliable with good attendance. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to follow simple work instructions and maintain attention to detail. Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Reliable transportation to Grafton.
