Job Description:

The Production Associate will be a resource to all areas including Wash Plant, Dry Plant and Rail Loadout. This associate will develop an understanding of the mining process, our customers, product lines, and specifications. Primary tasks will be to maintain production and efficiencies. Associate will fill in and assist within all production areas at the Hixton Sand Plant. Tasks will include operating heavy equipment, performing testing procedures to maintain quality specifications, running and monitoring production processes, and assist with basic maintenance tasks. This position is a night shift position.
