This hands-on position involves operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. ๐Ÿ”น What You'll Do โœ… Set up and operate equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into customer-specific rolls โœ… Safely operate a shaft hoist to move, position, and load materials โœ… Perform core loading tasks, including taping, tagging, and material preparation โœ… Lift, move, and handle plastic rolls weighing up to 50 lbs โœ… Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer specifications โœ… Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met โœ… Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area โœ… Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines ๐Ÿ’ฒ Pay & Schedule Pay $21.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule ๐Ÿ“… Rotating 36/48-hour work weeks ๐ŸŽ‰ Every Other Weekend Off Available Shifts ๐ŸŒž 1st

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
