This hands-on position involves operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. ๐น What You'll Do โ Set up and operate equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into customer-specific rolls โ Safely operate a shaft hoist to move, position, and load materials โ Perform core loading tasks, including taping, tagging, and material preparation โ Lift, move, and handle plastic rolls weighing up to 50 lbs โ Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer specifications โ Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met โ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area โ Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines ๐ฒ Pay & Schedule Pay $21.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule ๐ Rotating 36/48-hour work weeks ๐ Every Other Weekend Off Available Shifts ๐ 1stShift:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ๐ 3rdShift:
