Seasonal Back-of-House Production Assistant Pay:

$16 - $18 per hour

Position:

Seasonal, with opportunity for continued employment About the Position Knoke's Chocolates & Nuts is looking for one dependable and hardworking person to join our back-of-house production team for the holiday season. This position works closely with the owner and production team to help cook and prepare our products while also keeping our warehouse and production spaces organized and maintained. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is comfortable working around food production equipment and hot kettles. What You'll Do Assist the owner with cooking and preparing chocolate, caramel, nuts, and other products Help measure, prepare, and handle ingredients Work safely around hot kettles and cooking equipment Assist with moving and organizing ingredients, supplies, and finished products Maintain and organize warehouse storage areas Help keep production and warehouse areas clean and orderly Receive, move, and put away inventory and supplies Help prepare products and supplies for daily production Follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures Assist with other production tasks as needed Physical Requirements This is a physically active position.

Candidates must be comfortable with:
