Our client is looking for dedicated Production Team Members to join their team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process by handling materials, operating press and furnace equipment, sorting parts, and performing crucial quality inspections to ensure top-notch products are delivered to customers.

Role Highlights Compensation:

$16.50/hr. starting base pay + up to $2.50/hr. shift differential (depending on shift placement)

Benefits:

Full benefits package available once converted to permanent hire.

Shift/schedule:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available (Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime when needed).

Employment type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

Growth or other perks: Shift differential bonuses, structured internal levels training program to help you gain new skills, and full benefits upon permanent conversion. What You'll Do Load and unload raw materials and finished parts at presses, furnaces, deburring units, and automated machinery.

Perform quality checks, visual inspections, and weight/measurement verifications following standard process instructions.

Sort, package, label, and stage finished parts according to customer packaging specifications.

Log accurate production data, record daily transactions, and track inventory using computer systems (Plex).

Keep workstations clean, orderly, and safe while adhering strictly to company safety and ISO environmental guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to support plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency goals.

What You'll Bring Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply!).

Technical & Computer Skills:

Ability to read and follow written work instructions, complete daily paperwork, and enter basic production data into a computer.

Key Attributes:

Energetic, self-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Teamwork:

Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a track record of good attendance and teamwork.

Physical & Equipment Capabilities:
