Long-term temporary with potential temp-to-hire opportunity Kelly® is hiring a dependable Treater for a manufacturing opportunity in Johnson Creek, WI. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can follow instructions, work independently, and remain on their feet throughout the shift. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Must have closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes. What You'll Do Complete assigned production and treating duties according to work instructions. Inspect, trim, and grind parts as needed. Follow quality and safety procedures. Work independently while maintaining production expectations. Pay close attention to product details and specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Why Work with Kelly?
