$21.50/hour + $1.00 shift differentialSchedule:
12-hour shifts (Mon-Thurs), moving to 8-hour shifts in the future Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Operator supporting machine operations in the Add Room, Regrind Area, Roll Re-Wind, and Blender Room. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full training and clear paths for advancement.Responsibilities:
Remove finished product from machines Prepare additives for production Assist operators with unloading winders and performing changeovers Package roll and sheet skids Load and unload sheets for grinding Stack sheets for pressing Prepare and wrap product for delivery Move materials between stations Operate a forklift (training and certification provided) Maintain a clean and safe work areaDesired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for long periods and perform bending, reaching, and rotating motions Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Strong attendance and positive attitude Ability to work overtime when neededOther Information:
Available Shifts Monday-Thursday:
