8:00am- 4:00pm We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Reception Assistant to support daily office operations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate and manage daily lunch orders and related communications
- File, organize, scan, and maintain confidential paper and electronic documents
- Enter and update information in computer systems and databases
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
- Support office operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Requirements for Front Desk /
Administrative:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and common office software applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and office equipment for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move office supplies, files, or boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
- Frequent reaching, bending, and filing of documents
- Sufficient visual ability to read documents and computer screens
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, data entry, and document scanning
