We're looking for a responsible, dependable, and self-motivated individual to join our team at our small artisan food production plant in Mauston, Wisconsin. If you enjoy working independently, value quality, and want to learn the craft of traditional food production, we'd love to train you. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day cheese production and related tasks Help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment Follow established processes to ensure product quality and consistency Work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team Contribute to a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous learning What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Self-starter who can stay motivated and productive with minimal supervision Willingness to learn—no prior cheese-making experience required (we will train the right person!) Positive attitude and pride in doing quality work
