  • 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Employees must be flexible as start and end times may vary based on production needs. Occasional overtime and Saturdays may be required. Starting Pay

Job Summary The job is responsible for preparing and mixing batches of animal health and nutritional products according to production specifications. This role involves weighing raw materials, operating mixing equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean production environment while ensuring production goals are met. Responsibilities Verify raw materials and ingredient weights before production. Add raw materials to mixers according to batch specifications. Operate mixing equipment used to manufacture soft chew products. Lift and handle ingredients throughout the production process. Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the mixing process. Perform machine cleaning and sanitation after production runs. Assist with daily room cleaning and bi-weekly deep cleaning activities. Complete production records and quality documentation as required. Support packaging and labeling operations as needed. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Help ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to lift 20-30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Comfortable handling and adding raw materials throughout the production process. Must be able to pass a respirator fit test. Must be willing and able to remain clean shaven to wear a respirator Comfortable wearing a respirator when required for safety and production purposes. Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills required. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and \"get it done\" attitude. Additional Information Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break. Production batches must be completed the same day, so schedule flexibility is required. Team members may be asked to start early, stay late, or work occasional Saturdays to meet business needs. Air-conditioned manufacturing and shipping areas. Cell phones must remain in vehicles during work hours.
