Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2am What's the Job? Operate equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety standards Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals What's Needed? Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team What's in it for me?
