Food Processing Associate -
Production Shifts Available:
2nd Shift, 3pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday 3rd Shift, 8pm-6am, Monday through Thursday, Friday overtime
Pay:
$20.45/hr &

(Full-time / Temp-to-hire / Direct hire) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Food Processing Associate to support food production and quality control operations. In this role, you will work as part of a team to package product, inspect raw materials, and ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards. Spanish-only candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor food production line machinery Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete production documentation and quality reports Assist with training new team members as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skills (Spanish or English) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
