The company operates in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and is part of GZ Media's international print and packaging division. Position Summary GZ Printpak LLC is hiring Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for safely operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting continuous production flow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures Load materials, make adjustments, and verify equipment settings for each job Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Record production information accurately and report any issues to a supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Reliable attendance and adherence to assigned work schedules Work Schedule First shift: 5:30 a.m.•2:00 p.m.
