Triple Crown Production Full-Time | On-Site Position Triple Crown Production, a leading distributor of embroidered and screen-printed apparel and promotional products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our growing Art Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or creative individual looking to build a career in graphic production and apparel design. In this role, you will help prepare and optimize customer artwork for embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products while ensuring the highest quality and accuracy standards are met. What You'll Do Create and recreate customer logos using vector-based design software for production Prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and promotional product applications Ensure accurate color matching across various production methods and materials Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure order accuracy Manage multiple art projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain organized digital files and production documentation Assist in developing creative concepts and designs for customers when needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with vector design software (CorelDraw preferred; Adobe Illustrator acceptable) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently Ability to follow production specifications and instructions accurately Preferred Qualifications Creative mindset with the ability to develop original artwork concepts Strong time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company
