About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between demand planning and floor operations, ensuring that production workflows are optimized for maximum efficiency. You will leverage your analytical skills and ERP proficiency to translate high-level production plans into actionable daily schedules that drive throughput and meet customer demand. Responsibilities Translate production plans into detailed daily schedules to ensure operational targets are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with real-time production requirements. Analyze sales forecasts and order dynamics to proactively adjust scheduling strategies. Monitor hourly production progress, providing immediate adjustments to maintain workflow continuity. Report on schedule versus actual output to identify bottlenecks and improve manufacturing performance. Manage customer order changes by evaluating feasibility and updating production timelines accordingly. Generate supply chain analytics and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. Required Skills Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. At least 6-12 months of experience in a production scheduling or manufacturing support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems to manage production data. Preferred Skills Experience in a fast-paced food or consumer goods manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
