Badger State Staffing has immediate full-time openings for Production roles based in Neenah. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently bagging and palletizing product weighing up to 30 lbs. and contributing to the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

Primary Duties:

Lift and maneuver product up to 30 lbs. from production lines to packaging stations (this includes lifting the product from the ground up) Place product securely in designated plastic bags, ensuring proper fit and alignment Seal bags effectively using designated closure mechanisms Stack bagged mattresses onto pallets according to established specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Report any product defects or packaging issues to supervisors Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Occasional overtime is required and will extend the shift end time to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling and manipulating product Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
