We are looking for a full-time Production Associate to join our second shift team to work in the capacity of a Floater/Utility role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes variety, and wants to develop a broad range of metal-fabrication skills. Rather than remaining at one workstation every day, you will support different areas of production and help keep important customer projects moving. Experienced in manufacturing? We would be glad to put that experience to work. Still developing your skills? If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn, our team can help you grow.

Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work safely in an active manufacturing environment. An interest in reading manufacturing blueprints - or a willingness to learn. Previous production experience is helpful, particularly experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, or CNC machinery. CNC experience is not required. You are joining a third-generation, family-owned Wisconsin manufacturer where your work contributes directly to the products we deliver and the relationships we build with our customers. Ready for steady first-shift work, hands-on variety, and room to grow? Apply today and start building your future with Metko.
