Hours:

7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Pay:

$17/hour

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but not limited to:
  • Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings.
  • Set-up & test units per procedures using correct equipment
  • Trim and form leaded parts.
  • Hand solder and hand-clean circuit boards as needed and visually inspect and solder touch-up of solder defects.
  • Package final product.
  • Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.)
  • Repair hardware and/or components on circuit boards due to wave solder machine and/or washing process.
  • Keep workstation clean at all times and assist with overall area clean up.
  • Identify proper equipment to be used and properly fill out production documentation.
  • Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 40 lbs.
  • Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.
  • Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
  • Notify Cell Lead or Test Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures
  • Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader.
