Primary Duties:

Operate and maintain grinding equipment, including surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and other precision tools to achieve specified dimensions and surface finishes Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to inspect parts for conformity to blueprints and technical drawings Read and interpret engineering blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime Conduct quality inspections during the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations early Follow safety protocols diligently when operating cranes, forklifts, or handling heavy materials

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to accurately read a tape measure down to the 1/16" Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and desire to cross-train throughout the facility based on production needs Previous forklift operation experience is a plus, but not required (we will train you!) Physical capability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive manufacturing tasks Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work occasional overtime and adapt to changing daily priorities

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
