Masis Staffing is hiring for Production workers in Plover, WI 54467.

Shift and Pay:

(2nd and 3rd) 2nd shift: 3pm until production is over, can be 11pm or 12-1am, $19.46/hr (need to be flexible) 3rd shift: Monday-Friday (Must be able to work Saturdays if needed or required) 10pm - 6am or 11pm -7am, $20.46/hr

Production Worker:

The Production Worker will perform a variety of general tasks to support production operations, including packing, making boxes, grooming products, sorting quality defects, and other duties as assigned. This role may involve working on both the frying and packaging sides of the production line. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maintain flexibility to support various functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, sort, and discard quality defects found in the product. Pack and prepare boxes. Stack cartons and groom products. Weigh and load boxes for shipment. Supply materials to the line as needed (e.g., gloves, cartons, tape guns). Provide break coverage for palletization area. Use plastic scrapers to separate products on shaker tables. Assist in assembling equipment using small hand tools when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally Stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours/day). Walk on slippery or wet surfaces. Work on and near moving conveyor belts. Operate near forklift traffic. Perform duties in confined spaces on production lines. Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and hearing required. #NRTR2
