PCB/PCBA

boards and server systems across multiple production stages: Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines Load/unload component reels and maintain continuous production flow Support PTH insertion and wave soldering processes Assemble PCB boards into server boxes using hand & power tools Perform testing on completed server units (pass/fail) Follow on-screen instructions and build specifications Maintain production quality, accuracy, and efficiency ✅ What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of work history (any field) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Basic math skills (5th-grade level) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to work overnight shifts + optional overtime ➕ Preferred (Not Required) Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly Familiarity with SMT, PCB/PCBA, or machine operation Experience using hand and power tools 🌟 Why You'll Love This Job 🏭 Modern facility
