General Production Wage:
$20.00- $23.
Shift:
1st, 2nd, 3rdHours:
1st: 6:00 am- 02:30 pm Monday through Friday 2nd: 02:00 pm
- 10:30 pm Monday through Friday 3rd: 10:00 pm

General Production Responsibilities:
- Operating all assigned equipment in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, GMP's, and job specifications
- Monitoring and operating beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Performing equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in a safe and efficient manner
- Conducting routine inspections and identifying mechanical issues; promptly reporting concerns to maintenance and leadership
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
- Performing clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Accurately documenting production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks per protocols
- Inspecting finished and in-process products for defects or quality issues and removing non-conforming items from the line
- Reworking, repackaging, and relabeling products according to specifications and quality standards
- Assisting with case packing, palletizing, sorting, and general product handling
- Moving cases of products from pallets to production line and feeding cans into machinery for packaging
- Monitoring production lines for jams or material issues and taking corrective action as needed
- Assisting with proper line setup and ensuring correct materials are used
- Performing regular case inspections to verify product quality and compliance
- Supporting loading and unloading of materials and finished goods as needed
- Maintaining clean and organized work area
- Completing all required documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Performing additional duties as needed Requirements for
General Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of QMS, food safety standards, and GMP's
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to get forklift certified
