Primex Plastics is growing and seeking full time Operator Assistants for 3rd shift. This position starts at $20.50/hour ($18.50 base plus a $2 shift premium). New employees earn wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus receive quarterly bonuses which add another $2,000-6,000 annually. This means you could earn $45,000-$50,000 in your first year, depending on shift and bonus performance. Additionally, at Primex we offer great opportunities for advancement. Many of our entry-level employees are able to quickly enter Operator training in order to promote to more challenging roles with greater earnings.

Responsibilities:

Operator Assistants are responsible for preparing skids, packaging finished product, assisting line operators, and general plant housekeeping.
