Job Description

Supressor Assistant Are you ready to support innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join a dynamic team in the Sparta area and play a vital role in producing high-quality products for a leading company in the archery industry. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment, contribute to a fast-paced team, and develop versatile skills that are crucial in manufacturing operations.
Role Overview:
As a Suppressor Assistant, you will be instrumental in operating multiple 3D printers, loading products, and managing band saw operations. You may also be required to wear a respirator for part of your shift, ensuring safety while working with powder paint applications. Your flexibility and reliability are essential as you support the team in achieving manufacturing excellence. This position is perfect for candidates with manufacturing experience who are eager to grow and adapt in a hands-on role.
Wage:
$23.00 per hour
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 6AM to 2
PM Required Skills:
At least 4 years of manufacturing experience Comfortable operating 3D printers and band saws Ability to load products efficiently and safely Flexibility and versatility in handling multiple production tasks Ability to wear a respirator and adhere to safety protocols Nice to
Have Skills:
Manual machining experience Painting or related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior manufacturing experience, especially with equipment operation and safety procedures Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Other Requirements:
